Laser Cutting
Our sheet metal working area measures up to 5 x 10 ft. We work with materials including:
• Stainless Steel (up to 15mm)
• Mild Steel (up to 15mm)
• Aluminium (up to 10mm)
• Copper / Brass (up to 6mm)
• Plywood
• Acrylic / Plastics
Bending / Forming
We can handle maximum lengths of up to 3m, and material thickness of up to 12mm.
Fabrication
Welding
TIG (tungsten inert gas) is used for welding stainless steel and aluminium, and MIG (metal inert gas) is used for welding mild steel and other ferrous metals.
PEM Products
These include PEM studs, PEM nuts and PEM threads.
Standard Hardware/Accessories
These include nuts, bolts, handles, seal rings, gaskets and railing slides.
Laser Marking / Engraving
• On aluminium and stainless steel
• Up to 100 x 100mm in size
• Using 30w laser power
Surface Treatment
Painting
We use anti-rust paint.
Powder Coating
This protects the base material from the elements and helps to maintain its condition. Industrial grade with different colours available.
Buffing and Polishing
To deliver a polished surface with hairline finishing.
